It was at my school where I realized I enjoyed organizing and planning different event. So I decided to take an active part in my school\u2019s social life. I was the head of the organizing committee of most of our school fairs and festivals. My biggest achievement was organizing a food festival dedicated to Thanksgiving Day. I was managing more than 30 people who were involved in different activities including the PR of the event and involvement of the participants. It was one of those experiences which made me realize that I truly enjoy organizing and planning and, according to the feedback we received after the festival, I was quite good at managing projects. I have some practical knowledge of managing small events but I have always felt that I lack a lot of knowledge I can only gain at Peninsula College.
