You searched for Undetectable AI and clicked the result that looked right. Now a charge on your card, or a login screen, isn’t adding up.
You’re far from the first person this has happened to. Within months of our May 2023 launch, lookalike domains and copycat search ads started crowding results for our name, as the SF Examiner reported in April 2024.
A few of those copies still sell subscriptions under a name that looks a lot like ours. When something goes wrong with one, the person who paid usually comes looking for us.
Our only website is undetectable.ai. If the address in your browser says anything else, you’re using someone else’s product, however familiar the logo looks.

Our only website is undetectable.ai
Everything we make runs from one domain. The AI detector, the humanizer, your account, your billing and your support requests all live on undetectable.ai, and we don’t run a .pro or .ai copy of it anywhere.
We also don’t publish any app on Apple’s App Store. If you’re holding an iPhone app with our name on it, a different developer built it and handles its payments.
Every official account we run
Copycats like to borrow social handles because a familiar handle makes a site feel safe. These are the accounts our team actually runs, so any other profile using our name belongs to someone else.

The company behind it: Undetectable Inc.
We’re built and run by Undetectable Inc., which Christian Perry, our CEO, co-founded with Devan Leos, our Chief Communications Officer. You can read more about our founding team and how the company started.
Scroll to the bottom of undetectable.ai and you’ll find the company name next to our registered address, 1309 Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan, Wyoming. The lookalike that copies us most closely names no company anywhere on its site.
In a June 2026 explainer, Forbes described us as one of the biggest AI humanizers on the market, with over 20 million users. An audience that size is the reason our name keeps getting copied.
Sites and apps that use a name like ours
The lookalikes we see fall into a few groups, and they deserve different levels of caution. Some copy us closely enough to be mistaken for us, while others simply use “undetectable AI” to describe what their tool does.
undetectableai.pro
This site sometimes ranks ahead of us when people search our name, so it’s the copy you’re most likely to land on. It calls itself Undetectable AI, promises the tool is absolutely free and signs off with nothing more than its own domain name.
There’s no company named behind it, and you won’t find a note saying it’s separate from us. Its code even lists our X handle, @undetectableai, as the site’s own account.
The free label gets shakier once you look at the directories. Futurepedia lists it as Undetectable AI Pro with paid plans running from $9.99 to $59 a month, and Softonic lists it under an individual developer’s name.
We can’t tell you how well its tools work, because we’ve never had anything to do with them. We also can’t open, change or refund an account you hold there.

Apps called “Undetectable AI” on the App Store
We don’t have an iPhone app, yet a search for our name on the App Store brings up several. The biggest one puts Undetectable AI at the start of its name and comes from an individual developer.
It holds 4.2 stars from 187 ratings and sells in-app subscriptions priced from $7.99 to $69.99. The listing even closes with a copyright line that reads “© undetectable ai”.
Some of these apps may work fine for what they do. We just have no access to their subscriptions or their support, so if a payment goes wrong, only Apple and that developer can sort it out.

Tools that use “undetectable AI” as a generic name
Our name is also a plain description of what a humanizer tries to do. Plenty of tools use the phrase openly to describe a feature, and that’s fair game.
Decopy is a good example. Its humanizer is titled Undetectable AI and uses the phrase as its main heading, yet the tool is clearly Decopy’s own product on decopy.ai, and it doesn’t pretend otherwise.
Uncheck.ai lands in a murkier spot. The old lookalike domain undetectableai.ai, which the SF Examiner flagged in 2024, now sends visitors straight there.
If you meant to use one of these tools, you’re in the right place. If you meant to use ours, the quickest fix is a glance at the address bar.
Five quick checks before you sign up or pay
Each of these takes a few seconds. Failing even one is reason enough to close the tab before you type in a card number.

Look at the address bar
Read the part of the address that comes just before the first slash. On our site it ends in undetectable.ai, while versions with extra letters or a different ending, like undetectableai.pro, belong to someone else.
Ads can show up ahead of us when you search our name, and some have looked very close to ours. Read the address printed on the ad itself before you click it.
Log in only from undetectable.ai
Your account lives at undetectable.ai/login, where you can sign in with Google or with a magic link. A magic link is a one-time sign in link we email you, so there’s no password to type.
Bookmark that address and sign in from the bookmark every time. That way search results and ads never get a chance to send you somewhere else.
Check who published the app
On any App Store listing, scroll down to the Information section and read the Seller line. Since we don’t publish iPhone apps, the seller of any app called Undetectable AI is someone other than us.
The one browser add-on we publish is our Chrome extension. On the Chrome Web Store it’s listed under Undetectable AI, with the same Sheridan, Wyoming address you see on our site.
Find the company name
Scroll to the very bottom of the site you’re on. Ours shows Undetectable Inc. and our Wyoming address, while undetectableai.pro shows only its own domain next to the copyright symbol.
Check the name on your card statement
Compare the merchant name on the charge with the receipt in your inbox. If you paid inside an iPhone app, the payment went through Apple and shows up in your Apple subscriptions, which means it wasn’t a payment to us.
If you still can’t tell, email the merchant name and the charge date to contact@undetectable.ai and our team can look it up for you.
Already paid a site that isn’t us?
Stop the next charge first, then go after the one you’ve already paid. Many of these plans renew on their own, so cancelling early saves you a second bill.

Cancel the subscription
For an iPhone app, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and pick the app, then tap Cancel Subscription. If you see an expiration date in red instead of a button, it’s already cancelled, according to Apple’s cancellation steps.
Deleting the app isn’t one of the ways Apple lists to cancel, so do it from Settings even if the app is already gone from your phone.
For a website, look for a cancel option in that site’s account settings. If there isn’t one, ask your bank whether it can block future payments to that merchant when you dispute the charge.
Ask your bank or Apple for a refund
For App Store purchases, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I’d like to, then Request a refund. Pick a reason, select the subscription and submit, and Apple says to check back on the request within 24 to 48 hours.
For a card payment made on a website, call your bank or card issuer and ask to dispute the charge. Explain that the site used another company’s name, and keep screenshots of the checkout and the receipt ready.
We can’t refund money paid to another company, since it never reached us. Our money-back guarantee covers humanizations made on undetectable.ai that a detector still flags.
Tell us about the site
Send us the web address or app name, a screenshot and what you were charged at contact@undetectable.ai. Each report gives us something concrete to show app stores and directories when we ask them to fix listings that borrow our name.
If it’s an iPhone app, you can flag it with Apple too. The same Report a Problem site Apple uses for refunds has an option for reporting a scam or fraud.
PERGUNTAS FREQUENTES
Is undetectableai.pro part of Undetectable AI?
No. We at Undetectable AI run only undetectable.ai, and undetectableai.pro has no connection to Undetectable Inc. It doesn’t name the company behind it, and directory listings show it selling plans from $9.99 to $59 a month.
Is Undetectable AI legit?
Yes. Undetectable AI is run by Undetectable Inc., co-founded by Christian Perry and Devan Leos, and Forbes reported in June 2026 that it has over 20 million users. Make sure you’re on undetectable.ai, since copies use the same name.
Does Undetectable AI have an iPhone app?
No. We don’t publish any app on the App Store, so every app using our name there comes from another developer. On a phone, open undetectable.ai in your browser to use the real tools.
Where is the Undetectable AI login?
You sign in at undetectable.ai/login with Google or an emailed magic link. If a login form sits on any other domain, it isn’t ours, so close it without entering anything.
Why do so many tools have “undetectable AI” in their name?
The phrase describes the goal of an AI humanizer, so lots of tools use it as a label. Some, like Decopy, use it openly under their own brand, while others borrow it closely enough to be mistaken for us.
How do I report a site pretending to be you?
Email contact@undetectable.ai with the site’s address, a screenshot and any receipt you have. For iPhone apps, you can also report the app to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where to use the real Undetectable AI
Every tool we make sits on one domain, and you can reach each one directly from a bookmark.
Detector de IA
Nosso Detector de IA scores pasted or uploaded text for signs of AI writing, for free and without signing up. You get a read on how a draft is likely to be labeled before you submit or publish it.
Humanizador de IA
Nosso Humanizador de IA rewrites AI drafts so they read like a person wrote them. If a detector still flags the result, our money-back guarantee refunds the cost of that humanization, as set out in our help center.
Chrome extension
Nosso Chrome extension brings rewriting and AI scans into the places you already write, including Gmail, Notion, Google Docs and LinkedIn. About 20,000 people use it, and it holds 4.7 stars from 40 ratings.

When another tool suits you better
If you want a native iPhone app, we don’t offer one, and a mobile browser is the closest you’ll get with us. If you run a school that wants detection built into its learning platform, Turnitin sells directly to institutions and fits that setup better.
No humanizer can promise that every detector will pass every piece of text, and ours is no exception. That’s why our guarantee is a refund on flagged output.
Bookmark the real address and skip the guesswork
Whenever a site or app borrows our name, the domain settles the question. The real Undetectable AI lives at undetectable.ai and runs under Undetectable Inc., with no app on the App Store.
Sign in from a bookmark, and send us anything that looks like a copy. We’d much rather hear about a lookalike from you than read a bad review about a product we never made.
